Vertical Integration
Our in-house manufacturing capacity for amino acid derivatives gives us outstanding flexibility in our protecting group strategies and independence from external suppliers. If your project depends on the use of unusual amino acid derivatives not available on the market in the appropriate quantities, we will set up a production line for you.
Peptide synthesis
We perform solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) in reactors up to 26 Liters and synthesis in solution up to 800 Liters volume. We offer you a broad experience in the use of all kinds of resins, protecting group strategies and deprotection/coupling methods. Cleavage is safely handled from small to large scale using various cleavage cocktails. ORPEGEN Peptide Chemicals invests significant time and resources into the continous improvement of synthesis methodology to make synthesis faster and crude peptides easier to purify.
Purification
